The fragile environment and shifting sand dunes of the Wildcoast area of St. Andrews Beach presented a site that was not only ecologically sensitive but had attracted local scrutiny from a previous Town Planning application.
The brief was to provide a ‘time-out’ space for a corporate executive, his family and friends.
A single level dwelling was created with a seamless interaction to multiple outdoor deck areas which afforded the opportunity to maximize usage in all weather conditions.
