The team at Planned Living takes pride in delivering original design solutions by establishing strong client-designer relationships from project inception through the concept and documentation phases until the completion of construction. Established by Brian Earles in 1983, Planned Living specialises in unique residential, multi-residential and commercial design in the coastal and rural areas of the Mornington Peninsula, Bass Coast and metropolitan Melbourne. Projects have also been undertaken in New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania and Indonesia.
Brian was born and raised on the Mornington Peninsula and his family heritage extends to the early pioneers of the area. His knowledge of the region is extensive and diverse and has been extended to the team at Planned Living. This expertise has led Planned Living to multiple award-winning design solutions for some of the most challenging sites in the area. The company enjoys a solid reputation amongst their clients and within the industry for their passion, vision and capability to resolve design, planning and technical issues relating to building.
After completing a Bachelor of Architecture and then gaining invaluable international experience with S+J Architects in Oslo, Brian’s son Jay joined the practice in 2008. He has established his design credentials in his own right by showcasing a creativity and synergy with the environment with resounding
success.
