The property located in Inverloch was a relatively flat site in a residential area with southerly views to Anderson Inlet.
The brief was to design four townhouses to the highest quality and through dialogue with local Council, help to set the standard for future development in Inverloch.
The outcome was four variations on a rectilinear dwelling, which utilise a combination of West Australian limestone, timber and rendered brickwork. The design ensures all four dwellings receive spectacular views, privacy and access to generous northerly outdoor spaces.
